Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Should any further delays occur, you will be notified promptly via email. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-demand periods.

Customer Responsibility

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

  • If there is an issue with your shipping address, your order will not ship until it is confirmed by you.

  • If your order has not shipped within 7 business days, please check your spam folder for an email from us or contact us directly.

Temperature & Shipping Considerations

Tallow is heat sensitive and the product texture and integrity will change. While we do our best to pack and ship orders carefully, please be mindful of weather conditions in your area. Delays and extreme temperatures are outside of our control, so we recommend choosing the shipping timeline that best suits your location and climate.

Local Pickup

Local pickup orders are FREE and delivered to your selected location within 1–3 business days.

Current pickup spots include: 

  • Fremont Local Market  

  • Lush Beauty Studio 

  • Roots and Boots

  • Additional locations available on occasion.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • Please notify us of the reason for your return, and we will guide you through our return process.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • Locals have the option of local returns and exchanges at no shipping cost. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
